You can order a color ring to perfectly determine your natural hair shade. (Tip: Our starter sets include a color ring.) If you no longer need it, we offer a 100-day return policy.

A precise recommendation for the required amount of hair can ultimately only be given by your stylist, as they best know your natural hair, structure, density, and desired look. The amount of extensions always depends on your individual starting hair and the desired volume or length.

However, based on our customer experience, the following guidelines apply:
For bonding or micro ring extensions, an average of 120 to 150 strands is used to achieve a natural yet full result.
For tape extensions, most customers choose 12 to 15 packs, depending on whether only volume or a full lengthening is desired.
When using wefts (sewn-in hair), usually 1 to 2 wefts are sufficient, depending on hair density and length.

For every online order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email. Every order, whether placed online or by phone, will also receive a tracking number on the day of shipment, sent automatically to the email address provided.

No. You can place an order in our shop or personally with us at any time without creating a customer account.

If you would like to use the “purchase on invoice” payment method, you will need to create a customer account.

We offer many different payment methods: PayPal, cash on delivery (cash to the courier, plus fee), prepayment (bank transfer), purchase on invoice, instant bank transfer, credit card, direct debit (business customers only), and cash or card payment (in our store in Dresden).

Please create a customer account first, as this payment method cannot be used without one. Then place your order and select “invoice purchase” during checkout under payment methods. Follow the next steps provided.

After your order has been shipped, you have 14 days to settle the invoice. Please use only the payment details provided in your order confirmation email or on the invoice included in your parcel.

Yes, of course. If, for example, a hair color does not quite match you, simply keep the packaging of the extensions closed and we will gladly exchange them for you.

Once your return has arrived, we will inspect it. After that, your refund will be processed immediately, usually on the same day.

The payment will be refunded using the same method you used for the original payment.
Tip: If you paid by cash on delivery, please send us your bank details by email.

Yes. We offer a warranty of 4 to 6 months on our hair products from the date of purchase, provided they have been treated correctly.

For electronic devices, we offer a warranty period of 6 months from the date of purchase.

Hair extensions can be worn by women and men alike, regardless of age or hair type. Whether you desire longer hair, more volume, or simply a new hairstyle, extensions allow you to achieve your hair goals in a flexible and individual way.

If you would like to fulfill your wish for fuller or longer hair, extensions are the perfect solution. With the right method and high-quality human hair strands, a natural look can be achieved that blends seamlessly with your own hair and enhances your personal style.

We recommend a minimum natural hair length of 10 cm so that the bonding points of the extensions can be properly concealed.

If you are already experiencing hair loss, we do not recommend extensions, as the additional weight may increase hair shedding.

This also applies during pregnancy, as hormonal changes can intensify hair loss.

If you are not willing to properly care for your extensions, we also advise against their use. Otherwise, the hair may quickly lose its natural beauty and longevity.

In principle, yes. With the help of a friend or someone experienced in applying extensions, it can be done quite easily in one afternoon. Applying our gentle keratin bonds is relatively simple with a bit of practice, and even the fifth strand is usually already perfectly placed.

If this is your first time applying hair extensions, we recommend our complete starter sets, which include everything you need to get started right away.

Our tip: Always have extensions applied by a professional or experienced person. Incorrect application may lead to hair damage or traction alopecia.

Hair extensions should be removed or reapplied after 4 weeks up to 8 months. As your natural hair grows, the bonding points become visible over time.

The wearing time depends on the application method and the growth rate of your natural hair.

A hair thickening with approx. 75 strands starts from €75 (net), while a full hair extension with approx. 125 strands starts from €125 (net). Prices vary depending on the type of hair used, application method, length, texture, and color.

No. Our hard shell keratin bonds, which are made from the hair’s natural building block keratin, encapsulate the natural hair without damaging it – even with repeated application. Our special heat tools ensure a safe and gentle application.

Even when using tapes, micro rings, or wefts, the natural hair is not damaged. It is gently secured at the connection points without being affected.

Are your dream extensions not meeting your expectations after application?

Please contact us immediately! Within 4 to 6 months after purchase, we are able to submit a claim to our manufacturers.

In general, we recommend always using extension care products, as they are perfectly tailored to the bonded hair.

1. Washing the hair
Before washing, always brush the hair thoroughly. Wash your hair carefully and never upside down to avoid unnecessary strain on the bonding points. Do not use cheap shampoos – they often contain alcohols, silicones, perfumes, and acids that can soften keratin bonds. They may also roughen the hair, making it dull and prone to tangling. We always recommend using extension-specific care products.

2. Drying
Gently squeeze the hair with a towel – do not rub. Carefully detangle damp strands with an extension brush without pulling. If the hair is difficult to comb, apply a detangling spray to the lengths. Always briefly dry the bonding areas, even if you let the rest of the hair air dry.

3. Brushing / combing
Separate the strands daily by gently running your fingers between the bonds along the scalp. Never comb or brush the hair when it is completely wet. Wavy or curly extensions should not be fully brushed every day – a wide-tooth comb is recommended. Only brush thoroughly before and after washing. Straight extensions should be brushed morning and evening, holding the roots while detangling the lengths. Always use an extension brush.

We recommend always using very gentle care products that are specifically designed for hair extensions.

These products contain few or no alcohols or silicones that could damage the extension hair.

The basic care routine includes shampoo and conditioner, as well as hair oil or a leave-in treatment for lengths and ends. An extension brush is also essential to avoid pulling at the bonding points.

All products in our shop can be safely used for your extensions.

For tape extensions, we recommend particularly gentle products to ensure the bonds do not loosen.

No. Thanks to the secure bonding points, you can continue all your usual activities with hair extensions or hair thickening. Swimming, sauna visits, and sports are all possible without any issues. Please make sure to thoroughly wash out salt or chlorine residues after swimming. If you are spending your holiday by the sea, your hair will need extra care.

Yes. Since our extensions are made of 100% human hair, they can be treated like natural hair.

Tip: If you plan to color your extensions, test the product on a single strand first. As the hair has already been pre-treated to match the selected color, results may vary slightly from natural hair.
