Payment / Shipping
Germany:
- Standard shipping via DHL: €5.95 (free for orders over €150)
- Express delivery by 6:00 p.m. on the next working day: + €17.00
- Express delivery by 12:00 p.m. on the next working day: + €23.05
- Cash on delivery fee: + €7.95 (not available with express shipping)
Switzerland:
Shipping usually within 4 - 5 days

EU countries:
Shipping usually within 2 - 4 days
- Standard shipping via DHL: €12.50 (free for orders over €200)
- Cash on delivery fee (Austria): + €10.00
Non-EU countries:
- Shipping: from €22.50
For shipments outside the EU, additional costs such as customs duties and, if applicable, VAT may apply, which must be borne by the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
If guaranteed delivery is delayed due to force majeure (unavoidable events) such as severe weather, floods, traffic accidents, sorting errors by the carrier, or similar, there is no entitlement to a refund of the shipping costs. Furthermore, we accept no liability for any resulting losses or other consequential costs.
We ship with
Orders paid by invoice, credit card, debit card, Giropay, Sofortüberweisung, or confirmed direct debit and received before 4:00 p.m. will be dispatched from our warehouse on the same day. For prepayment or PayPal, dispatch occurs once the payment has been credited to our account.
Express deliveries can only be accepted and shipped until 3:00 p.m.
Delivery by the courier takes place daily, except on Sundays and public holidays. On Saturdays, delivery is only made to private customers and for shipments with Saturday express service.
