Delivery and shipping costs
Germany:
- Standard shipping with DPD 5,95 EUR - free shipping from 150,- EUR value of goods
- Wishshipping with DHL: 8,90 EUR - free shipping from 150,- EUR value of goods
- Express delivery until 18:00 p.m.: + 11,05 EUR
- Express delivery until 12:00 p.m.: + 17,55 EUR
- Express delivery until 08:30 p.m.: + 69,02 EUR
- Express delivery to Saturday: + 35,90 EUR
- Cash on delivery fee: + 7,95 EUR (shipping takes place with DHL, not possible in conjunction with express shipping)
Switzerland:
- Shipping 4 - 5 days: 10,50 net EUR - from 168,07 EUR net value of goods free shipping
EU countries:
- Shipping 2 - 3 days: 12,50 EUR - from 200,- EUR value of goods free shipping
- Cash on delivery (AT): + 10,00 EUR (shipping takes place with DHL within 3 - 4 working days)
Non-EU countries:
- Shipping: 22,50 EUR
When shipping outside the EU, additional costs are incurred due to customs clearance and, if applicable, VAT, which must be borne by the customer. Please contact your customs office for more information.
If a guaranteed delivery is not delivered on time due to the effect of force majeure (unavoidable events) such as storms, floods, traffic accidents or similar, there is no entitlement to reimbursement of the shipping costs.
We ship with
Delivery from stock takes place on the same day for invoice, credit card, debit card, giropay, instant transfer and confirmed direct debit orders before 16 p.m. In the case of prepayment or PayPal from being credited to our account.
Cash on delivery is sent on the same day for orders placed by 11:30 a.m.
Delivery takes place daily, except on Sundays and public holidays - on Saturdays delivery is made only to private customers and if shipping is chosen by Saturday express.
